The mission of Blue Valley is to incite a passion for the outdoors in kids and equip them with the tools necessary to grow their passion. We strive to develop the next generation of leaders in the outdoor industry through lasting relationships, intentional instruction, and great experiences.

Stewardship

We strive to be good stewards of all of the gifts that God has given to us. It is our responsibility to take care of the earth and all of the creatures that inhabit it. Throughout our camp, we teach and practice the values of treating the environment, the fish we catch, and our equipment with the utmost amount of respect.

Servant Leadership

We believe that the only way to truly lead is to be a servant leader. From Camp Director, to counselors, to campers we teach that all leadership must be for the benefit of those being led. We lead as servants because our God first served us through the life, death, and resurrection of His son Jesus Christ. 

Honesty

Honesty is the foundation for all relationships. We hope to be honest and open with our customers and with each other about all of our efforts and shortcomings. We believe that being transparent is an essential part of our company.

Joyfulness

We teach that joy is different from happiness. Joy is a greater appreciation in the midst of both good and bad situations. Without joy, our sport would not exist. Joy is what keeps us going and is at the core of all that we do.
